The line speed is not enough

There is a recommended line speed for DAZN. The recommended line speed is 8.0Mbps. If this drops below 2.0Mbps, the image quality will drop significantly and the screen will often freeze. First, check your internet connection speed. This may be improved by dealing with the internet equipment. Please try changing the installation location etc. It may be a buffering or communication device spec issue.

cannot watch at the same time

DAZN limits simultaneous viewing on two different devices using the same account. If there are 3 or more devices, viewing will stop on one device. In this case, please check to see if there is anyone else watching with the same account. Please check your TV, smartphone, game console, etc.

Internet connection

There may be no internet connection, or the line may be too weak. Many people connect to the Internet wirelessly, which may be the reason. Can’t log in

If the login information is incorrect or if input errors continue, an error code will appear along with an error message. In this case, it is likely that you have forgotten your email address or password. If you do not know your password or email address, you will need to reset or contact us. Please contact the customer center. For password reset, the password must be at least 6 characters in total, including at least one alphanumeric character.

Problem with the device

The problem may be the device you are using. If there is a problem with your device, you may not be able to receive data properly. If you can play it without any problems on another device, DAZN is almost certainly stopped due to a problem with the device. First, try changing your device and see if you can watch it.

LAN cable

If you don’t know the cause, it’s a good idea to contact your internet provider and ask. If only DAZN is not displayed and you can still use the Internet, the problem may be with the device that is displaying DAZN. One option is to move to a place with better reception.
